Atira Women’s Resource Society holds a close relationship with JTW who was retained in 2014 to manage the development of the Society’s Recycled Shipping Container Housing Development located in the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver. The project provides six social housing units for older women as well as six units at Housing Income Limits rental rates. JTW believes in incorporating innovative and sustainable technologies into affordable housing to benefit lower annual operational and longer-term capital replacement costs.
