James Weldon,
Director
Director James Weldon leads all project delivery for JTW. James originally hails from the UK where he gained extensive construction experience and professional qualifications. After moving to Canada in 2000, and prior to establishing JTW Consulting, James worked at both Municipal and Provincial levels of government in areas of development and the provision of social housing. Having qualified with a BSc in Quantity Surveying (cost planning & management), James focus has predominately been directed towards cost efficient development, planning, procurement and sound development management of affordable and innovative housing solutions. James typically spends his weekends catching up on Cricket matches across the pond.
Donna Money,
Senior Development Manager
Donna Money is a vastly experienced Senior Development Manager with extensive knowledge of the non-profit affordable housing development sector. Donna has worked with many non-profit housing societies in the supply of various forms of housing, including group homes, supportive, transitional, seniors, assisted living and multi-unit family developments. Donna is a veteran of the Independent Living BC program and retired from BC Housing in 2017, after 28 years with the organization. Donna’s core strengths include managing the various policy, administrative and legal procedures that are integral for the success of funding and grant applications and ensuring the success of the progressive approval milestones required for the various government funding programs.
Samuel Berkun,
Development Manager
Samuel Berkun is an experienced Development Manager with a focus on non profit real estate development. A graduate of Ryerson’s Urban and Regional Planning (BURPI) program, Samuel brings 9 plus years of non-profit housing development experience as a Development Consultant in Ontario and Development Manager at BC Housing. He is highly familiar with funding and development approval processes and holds extensive experience leading projects through business planning, municipal planning approvals and stakeholder consultation. Samuel is an avid cyclist and will bike just about anywhere.
