Over the firm's 12 year history, JTW has managed the development and renovation of over 700 non profit housing units. The firm's portfolio stretches all corners of the province, from Far North BC to the Central Interior and the GVRD. JTW possess direct experience delivering projects in challenging remote and rural communities.

As part of the firm's core principles, JTW believes in incorporating innovative and sustainable technologies into affordable housing to benefit lower annual operational and longer-term capital replacement costs.
