JTW works with non-profit housing providers, helping them pursue their housing goals under various funding programs. Our projects have ranged from 5 to 100+ units with capital budgets from under $1 million to over $40 million. JTW managed the development of Canada first shipping containerized housing project in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside and British Columbia’s first multi-family Passive House project in Merritt BC.

Spirit Square

JTW was retained by BC Housing & ASK Wellness Society to manage the development of 43 units of Senior's Housing in Kamloops BC, completing construction in 2020. As a trusted development partner, JTW and ASK continue to collaborate on various projects.

RCHS

Revelstoke Community Housing Society retained JTW to develop a 24 unit project funded through the Columbian Basin Trust. The $8M project was completed in 2022, providing rental housing options to the Revelstoke Region.

VARS

Valemount Affordable Rentals Society retained JTW to develop 13 units of senior and family housing in Valemount BC under the BC Housing Community Housing Fund. The $4.3M project was completed in 2021 providing a range of rental housing options to the Valemount Community.

Ama sii anjok

Completed in Spring of 2025, Wrinch Memorial Foundation’s Ama sii anjok “Good New Homes” provides 31 units of affordable seniors and family housing in Hazelton BC. JTW continues to collaborate with Wrinch Memorial Foundation on future housing initiatives.

Síyáʔ Place

Upper Nicola Band’s Síyáʔ Place is a 26 unit affordable rental development located on reserve land in the Nicola Valley outside of Merritt BC. Completed in 2024, JTW led the delivery of this project On Nation with funding secured through the BC Housing Indigenous Housing Fund and CMHC CO Investment Fund.

1st Avenue Integrated Housing

In partnership with the City of Prince George and Northern Health, BC Housing retained JTW to deliver the multi phased affordable housing integrated with healthcare and supportive services located in Prince George. Phase I was completed in 2022 with Phase II scheduled to open in 2026.

The Confluence

JTW has lead the 80 unit development of The Confluence on behalf of ASK Wellness. Securing $34M in capital and financing and guiding a partnership with the City of Kamloops, the project is set for completion in Spring of 2026, providing affordable rental housing to families and seniors of Kamloops.

Nicola Native Lodge Society

Nicola Native Lodge Society retained JTW to deliver their 52 unit for First Nations elders, families and youth in Merritt BC. Funded through the BC Housing Indigenous Housing Fund (IHF) the project opened in Spring of 2025.

TDCSS Foundry

JTW has lead project management on behalf of Terrace and District Community Services Society (TDCSS) to deliver 43 Seniors Affordable Housing Units & the Foundry Centre for Youth in Terrace BC. The complex multi stakeholder project includes the delivery of housing and coordination of separate Tenant Improvement to the attached Foundry Youth Centre. The project is set for completion in 2026.
