Our projects have ranged from 5 to 100+ units with capital budgets from under $1 million to over $40 million. JTW managed the development of Canada first shipping containerized housing project in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside and British Columbia’s first multi-family Passive House project in Merritt BC.
